Before appointing an exam date, a payment has to be made to the bank account of WORD in Bialystok in:

SBR BANK, branch in Bialystok 25 8769 0002 0390 1166 2000 0020

Bank cash desk is open from 8⁰⁰ to 16⁰⁰ in the WORD building.

The charge for the oral exam (all categories) is : 40PLN (20 PLN).

NOTE: The figures in brackets represent additional payments which will have to be made if the participant doesn't appear for the exam on the appointed date.

There is a 50% discount for the disabled with a medical opinion containing an annotation, stating that they can drive an engine vehicle adapted to their type of disability and the practical exam will take place in their vehicle.

Legal basis:
Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 11th December 2003, concerning fees and wages for checking qualifications and for issuing appropriate documents (Journal of Laws, No. 219, item 2162, with added changes).

In the case when a combined exam has been appointed (theoretical and practical exam on the same day) and the participant failed the theoretical part, he/she cannot take the practical exam. To take the exam again the participant has to make a full payment for the theoretical exam and 50% of the payment for the practical exam.
